Explore in detail the roles and responsibilities of a project manager

In this course, we will introduce the roles and responsibilities of the project team and the soft skills required within project management. This covers project manager roles and skills, the importance of ethics and how to apply them in day-to-day project management.

You will also investigate the importance of culture in managing international projects, and have an opportunity to compare your own experiences with that of others around the world.
