Explore and understand the importance of monitoring and control

In this course, we will examine the concept of uncertainty and the impact that it can have on projects. You will develop the skills required to assess and manage change and unexpected events and we will return to stakeholder and risk management, examining them in the light of change management.

We will identify sources of and distinguish between types of unexpected events that may occur during project management and will contrast, apply and justify the use of appropriate tools to monitor and control the project scope.
