    • Lesson 3: Collaborate with Stakeholders

      Build essential collaboration skills using frameworks like the LISTEN model and transparency-trust cycle, and learn strategies for managing conflict and communication.

    • Lesson 4: Change Support

      Understand why change can be difficult, and learn how to plan and support organizational change initiatives that align with stakeholder needs and expectations.
