Build values-driven business strategies to increase employee engagement

Explore how to improve employee engagement in the hospitality and other industries with this professional certificate from The Swiss Education Group. This course will provide you with leadership training specifically geared towards effectively managing and engaging a diverse team.

You’ll start by looking at business strategy and people strategy through case studies, exercises, and industry expert interviews before exploring how to apply concepts to the hospitality industry that maximise employee engagement.

Redesign your workplace culture and focus on successful engagement strategies

This professional certificate will assess the managerial perspective and how you can cultivate a thriving workplace culture.

By focusing on core values and principles, you’ll learn to plant the roots of true engagement and assess which tools you can use to attract, select, develop, and retain top performing employees. ##Understand the connection between employee engagement and positive customer experience

An employee’s engagement at work has a direct effect on the experience every customer has with the organisation, so it’s important to know how you, as a leader, can impact both successfully. You’ll dive into practical cases that demonstrate how values can affect the way employees and guests act, think, and feel.

By the end of this professional certificate, you’ll feel confident in immediately applying what you have learnt to your work.
