SQE1 Preparation Course

Do you want to take the next steps to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales? This bootcamp will equip you with the knowledge needed to successfully prepare for the Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE).

You’ll gain the essential skills to confidently take the SRA’s centralised SQE1 assessments, which will test your functioning legal knowledge (FLK). 

Gain practical skills to thrive as a trainee solicitor

Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll develop practical knowledge you can immediately start using in real-world contexts.

This knowledge will also help you prepare for Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) as a trainee solicitor. 

Develop your knowledge of professional practice

To help you understand the responsibilities and behaviours expected of you in the workplace, you’ll delve into the different aspects of professional practice.

This will help you adhere to the standards, guidelines, and ethical codes within the field of law. 

Gain an understanding of business law

Next, you’ll delve into business law to gain a deeper understanding of the legal system of England and Wales.

You’ll explore contracts, property practice, wills and the administration of estates, solicitors accounts, and more.

How will I be assessed?

The bootcamp does not have any formal assessments. Instead, you’ll practise for the types of questions you’ll face in the SQE1 assessments. 

SQE1 comprises two multiple-choice assessments, each containing 180 single-best-answer questions.
