Master the concepts of collaborative mental health care through collaboration, team work, innovations and management of change.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of collaboration and ethics to facilitate a proposed change, in order to enhance the quality of life for people with a mental health issues/disorder and maybe their carers.

Explore key features of collaboration through models, key concepts, and project examples in a mental health care setting. Understand ethical dilemmas and approaches to decision making. Compare and contrast ethical approaches to ethical decision making. Study different theorists take on morality.

Understand the core function of a team, and how individuals interact in order to contribute to a collaborative team. Develop awareness of leadership styles and identify how this may influence effective collaboration.

Study problem solving initiatives and action learning sets. Develop an understanding of innovation approaches to collaboration.

Develop a thorough understanding within management of change, and innovative approaches to collaboration.
