This program will identify circumstances when training is of maximum benefit in developing the knowledge of individuals and emergency teams.

You will focus on designing training that develops adaptive expertise and work on exercises that test processes, systems and their underlying assumptions. You will understand the importance of monitoring and evaluating when making your business case for future training and exercise programmes.
