The BIM Information Delivery Cycle
Learn how to evaluate the Employers’ Information Requirements (EIR) to ensure that processes are clearly defined. You will be introduced to new terminology related to pre-contract BIM Execution Plans (BEP), which enables employers to ensure that they are able to meet legal requirements successfully at post-contract-award of a BIM execution plan.
You will also start to understand and visualise the process related to the key information needed to create both pre-contract BEP and post-contract BEP and be able to individually summarise the contractual relationship differences.
