How does audience-centric communication design differentiate organisations?

Effective communication involves understanding the audience and their preferences, and in this course, a range of communication methods are evaluated and considered in terms of the communication richness they provide.

Barriers to effective communication are explored along with techniques to mitigate them, and an organisation’s communication planning process is considered, covering questioning techniques, persuasion principles, and the design and delivery of chosen communications.
