This course not only describes the different forms of business communication but also highlights the importance of effective communication and the challenges it poses in a cross-cultural global work environment.
During the course, you’ll have the chance to develop an understanding of conducting meetings effectively by exploring the good and bad practices of presentation and highlighting key attributes of business communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to consider the concept of negotiation and how to deal with job rejection.
