Uncover the ethical challenges of employing a diverse international workforce

On this course, you’ll investigate global ethics including how different countries may have different standards or perceptions of what ethical conduct is – and how, as a result, they may do things differently.

You’ll consider diversity in its cultural setting and the relative agreement on basic human values and ethical principles around the world. This includes international labour standards, global employment law and regulations.
