Who is the course for?

Ramona has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and management consultancy organisations. She researches into public value, marginalised communities, FinTech and reverse innovation.

David holds both a PhD and an MBA specialising in cultural change in organisations. David is a highly experienced change leader with over 25 years of practice as a senior change manager.
