In this short course, you will learn about the role competitive analysis plays in strategy and decision-making and will consider and evaluate different strategies for identifying competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.

This course is for anyone who is keen to gain more knowledge about strategy and globalisation. This course equips business managers and students of management with the concepts, framework and techniques needed for better environmental scanning.
