Data is available in a variety of formats and distributed amongst many sources. On this course, you’ll discover the challenge of data variety and explore different storage strategies.

You’ll consider the issues of data privacy, security, and data management, and be able to explain the effect of data integration on privacy. You will also learn to evaluate data architecture and processes.

You will apply your learning from the introduction to data science program in a final data analysis project, where you will write a report of your results, and prepare a video presentation of your findings.

This course is designed for anyone interested in using data to inform decision-making.

It would be useful to have studied an undergraduate unit in statistics or have an understanding of statistical concepts.
