This final short course explores modelling processes, including business simulation modelling and decision-making methods with a particular focus on conditions of uncertainty.
The course also examines the concept of game theory and its different multifaceted applications. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the key concepts, principles and examples of game theory to understand the strategic interaction between mutually aware players.
