Discover what 'leadership' is and how you can make a difference.

Discover what ‘leadership’ really is. Some people have the word ‘leader’ in their job title, others are completely unaware they are leading. But all health and care staff contribute to the delivery of great care, it is part of the job.

The foundational skills of leadership start with you. In this course understand more about yourself, how to think differently about the challenges you face, how to be authentic, and how to work with a team of unique and different individuals.

What is ‘leadership? What makes a great leader? And even through a period of massive upheaval and uncertainty how can health and care staff be inclusive and effective?

Answer these questions and ask your peers many more in this introduction to leadership that will impact your day-to-day work, at any level.
