Starting a research project can be fascinating, rewarding and exciting. It can also be challenging. You will explore a range of issues for consideration in construction project planning by conducting an environmental impact assessment.

You will also undertake a literature review referring to a range of research papers and resources to base your research from. This will allow you to specifically formulate the research question, which will enable you to then explore the main streams of construction research methods, strategies and their applications.
