In this course you will have the opportunity to examine financial objectives in order to understand their impact on decision making within organisations. By critiquing budget setting approaches used by organisations, you can explore their implications.

Identifying an organisation’s funding gap enables you to classify the sources of finance available to them. This means the suitability of funding options can be explored dependent on the organisational type, timescales and aspirations.
