In this two week course we will be investigating Cash Flow Management and Forecast and Reporting

To run a successful project, the client has to understand the cash inflows and outflows: they have to create a cash flow forecast that shows the amount of cash in and out of the project, so that they can make arrangements for funding the project.

The financial management of the project has been clearly identified as a major part of the project management process, which occupies a significant amount of time and requires appropriate resources. The project management team cannot properly and effectively manage the project without financial data as it forms an integral part of the information used to manage and control the project
