A summary of the phases

Let’s take one last look at the five phases of scenarios.

Phase one: Identify and determine the reason for doing the scenario. We call this the scenario field identification.

Phase two: Identify the key factors.

Phase three: Analyze those factors.

Phase four: Tease out the number of scenarios.

Phase five: Do something meaningful with those scenarios.

These steps are important as the form the basis when you are doing your scenario, and by following these, you can ensure the best possible outcome.
