ENGL1000.4: How to Read Fiction: Storytelling
Learn how masters of 20th century literature sculpted compelling narratives.
This is Part 4 of a four-part course which introduces key skills in the study of English literature and creative writing. It will examine a variety of texts written in different genres in order to develop an understanding of how writers across literary history have deployed the resources of language to convey their ideas and concerns. The course will focus on developing skills in literary analysis as preparation for further study of literature and/or creative writing.
