If you’re looking to conduct business on a worldwide scale, you’ll need a cross-cultural perspective. This online short course provides an overview of global trends and approaches for conducting business in a culturally sensitive way.

Using real-world case studies, you will explore and reflect on the experience and lessons of cultural management in a multicultural context.
