    • Welcome to the course

      This section introduces you to the course and the staff from within the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Hull who have created it.

    • Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences

      There are three main principles that we are talking about; • Physiology – understanding how our body responds to exercise or injury • Psychology – understanding human behaviour • Biomechanics – understanding how our body moves

    • Specialisms in Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences

      This activity is all about introducing the various areas of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences; focusing in particular on those under-graduate degree’s that we offer at the University of Hull.

    • Learning at University

      This activity will introduce you to how you might learn and be assessed as well as what type of information you’d learn in this field.
