In this course, we will explore customer relationship management (CRM), consider approaches brands can use to build relationships with their customers and identify the major benefits to e-marketers. In terms of marketing strategies, we will look at the types of metrics that can be used to monitor how successful they are. We will also explore sustainable marketing, enabling technologies, evaluation, and improvement of digital channel performance.
