Leadership theories and challenges facing managers across geographies

In this course we identify and detail three leadership styles. Contingency theories of leadership are outlined, including influences on the culture of leadership effectiveness.

We’ll also evaluate conflict and stress in the workplace and propose strategies for managing them.

Finally, the course considers globalisation and international business and the different options that a company has to consider to become international.
