Why study linearity ? Where next ?

Well done! You have reached the end of this course.

This video draws the course to a close by reaffirming the importance of linear relationships. It broadens the perspective to show how linearity provides a vital foundation for other fields of study. Finally, it offers advice on other mathematical topics which will be required in the study of science and engineering and where such study might be undertaken.

If you have taken this course to prepare yourself for studying an undergraduate engineering course and you have already studied mathematics at an appropriate level to gain entry to a university engineering course (A-level mathematics or equivalent in the UK), you may be interested in LUMEN, a paid-for distance learning course from the Mathematics Education Centre at Loughborough University.

Please would you complete the Post-course survey, so that we can all learn from the experience and improve the courses being developed.

You are welcome to post any additional comments and ideas for improvements and suggested topics for future course development.

Thank you for taking this course and we hope you have enjoyed it.
