以淺顯易懂的方式讓一般大眾都能了解營養保健之重要性,內容包含了聰明保養身體讓人人能享『壽』、健康食品介紹、疾病與營養等相關課程,讓一般大眾能從輕鬆愉快的課程中獲取更多與自身營養保健相關的知識,期讓人人都能聰明保健吃對營養。

ㄧ般大眾都能了解的營養保健課

本營養與保健課程由臺北醫學大學教授以及由資深的營養專家設計,以一般大眾都能輕鬆學習,獲取更多自身營養相關的保健知識,也期望能幫大家破除對營養保健資訊的迷思。

內容會從最基本的營養攝取、身體代謝從人一出生到老年的營養需求以及疾病與營養的關係。對特定族群,如哺餵母乳的媽媽,說明營養的重要,重視飲食的人要如何自我評估每日的膳食,最後會讓一般大眾了解如何解決現代人常遇到的健康危害等議題。

Dr. Jane C-J Chao is currently the Professor in the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences, and Adjunct Professor in the Master Program in Global Health and Development at Taipei Medical University.

Professor at Nutrition college, Taipei Medical University. I am also a nutrition book author and teach the public healthy lifestyle.
