Lee has found many different ways to conduct primary research but is now overwhelmed about what type of primary research would be best for her needs.
She wants to find out who her potential customer base might be and their thoughts on her products and product category.
Since Lee is just starting up her business she doesn’t have a great deal of money to spend on her research. She needs to carefully consider any costs associated with the primary research methods she might use and the time it will take to receive the results.
What type of primary research method would you recommend to Lee and why? Examples: surveys or interviews, competitor analysis, online analysis or observation.
