Organisational Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility and business ethics are evaluated
This course assesses the role of corporate social responsibility and its impact on internal operations and external reputation. We do this by understandings its aims and ethos, and explain the case for and against CSR and the concept of the triple bottom line, which is where organisations work towards multiple goals concurrently with a sustainable core.
Business ethics in organisational settings are also examined and we explain the role, objectives and benefits of organisational development and consider the business benefits of an ethical approach.

This course is designed for junior and middle managers, either with a degree in a non-business-related discipline or without a degree, entrepreneurs who want to be equipped with a range of skills to run their business, and learners who want to progress either within their existing workplace or pursue opportunities outside of their employer.
