Management is a personal undertaking: every individual manager will manage in their own way. It is important for all managers to determine what their approach to management is, and how they will manage.

This course will help you understand what management is; its principles and practices. You will engage with contemporary theories and practices to gather ideas and develop own best practice approach to management.
