A challenge for all managers is to develop their style of leadership; the style that they consider will be the most successful.

This course discovers why some people become better leaders than others do, and why some leaders are more effective. You will explore theories, concepts, and principles of leadership and its influences on organisational performance. You will, as a result, recognise your own preferred approach to the exercise of power and approaches to control.
