We offer standalone taught masters programmes in a wide range of environmental subjects, as well as masters degrees by research. We also offer PhDs with options to apply for funded and self-funded projects. So I chose to study at Lancaster, firstly, because they had the right project for me. I was very interested in the carbon cycle. So when this project came along, I decided to apply. The way I see it, there are two main advantages. Firstly, it's the facilities. They're really incredible here. Pretty much anything that you need to do for your research, there's a way of doing it in this department.
