Sustainability Leadership for Greener Health and Care: Strand 2: Developing Self
Become a climate conscious leader and protect the planet for future generations.
We are going to explore who you are as a learner and as a leader, and think about what that means when leading your sustainability agenda. We shall explore how you learn as well as your role as a leader. We will think about your motivations and values, and the difference they make to the work you do, before looking at how you engage with others. We shall consider your leadership styles and how they might be more or less effective in the context of the climate emergency. We will look at the importance of reflection and reflexivity in leadership, and help you build these skills.
What topics will you cover?
- Week 1: Learning and leadership
- Week 2: Motivations and values
- Week 3: Reflection and application
