Sustainability Leadership for Greener Health and Care: Strand 3: Engaging with Systems and Complexity
Become a climate conscious leader and protect the planet for future generations.
We shall explore the systems and people around us as we dive deeper on the importance of context. We will look at what we mean by systems and systems perspectives, and quickly discover how almost everything is connected to everything else. This can be challenging, but also provides opportunities to show other people the links and get them interested. Together we will consider how we can get other people invested in your green agenda and help you achieve your sustainability goals. We shall also discuss how challenging the environment can feel at the moment and how we can respond as leaders.
What topics will you cover?
- Week 1: Systems
- Week 2: Stakeholders
- Week 3: Uncertainty
