Study best practice in building teams and motivational techniques

This course aims to help you better understand the meaning and importance of workgroups and teams. The different types of team that exist are considered and we consider how teams work together effectively.

We then consider individuals and diversity. This involves explaining the concept of diversity, why it is important, and how it can be managed. The course will also provide a basic understanding of the concept of motivation, which is further developed through a range of models and theories. We also consider negative motivation at work and models that explain and measure it.
