How do we process tenders and place contracts?

This course aims to develop your understanding of work items under and evaluate the factors to consider in estimating for concrete work section items

By the end of the course, you should be able to demonstrate how to calculate unit rates for concrete work section items. You will also have the opportunity to explore the principles of unit rate estimating in masonry and in painting and decorating.

You’ll also have the chance to develop your understanding of the process and procedures involved in the placing of contracts.
