How does a stackable microcredential work?

The modules on this microcredential are fully stackable and self-paced, so you can choose how much you want to learn and when. 

This is a ‘Bronze’ level which includes 4 hours of learning online. However, due to the reflection activities throughout, we recommend 8 hours to complete. 

There are also options for further study with the Cranfield Online ‘Silver’ and ‘Gold’ series. With these, you can stack what you have learned to take your credentials to the next level. 

What will I receive when I finish the microcredential?

Upon successful completion of the microcredential, you’ll receive Cranfield Bronze Digital Learning Badge to certify your leadership skills.
