How will I be assessed on this microcredential?

This assessment requires you to conduct two to three interviews on culturally diverse team experiences with peers from your organisation or community. You will also need to write a 2000 word report (plus text transcripts of interviews) for a manager with recommendations and possible strategies for the organisation to lead and manage culturally diverse teams successfully.

What will I receive upon completion?

Upon completion, you’ll receive a Credly digital badge, a digital certificate and 0.5 Deakin Credit Points at Postgraduate level from Deakin University, and a statement of completion from FutureLearn.
