GLOBIS University
About
GLOBIS was founded in 1992 by Yoshito Hori in a small classroom in downtown Tokyo. Inspired by his time at Harvard Business School, Hori sought to combine the case method’s discussion-centric classes and real-life business examples with the pursuit of kokorozashi–a personal mission that unifies the passions and skills of a professional to create positive change in society.
Since attaining Japanese accreditation as a university in 2006, GLOBIS has grown from a humble intake of 78 students to the nation’s largest business school. We now welcome more than 1,000 enrolled students annually across our MBA programs.
