Learn to make informed and ethical choices during people assessment

This program aims to provide you with a theoretical and applied understanding of assessing people at work. By the end of it you should be able to synthesise key information to make informed and ethical choices of methods/techniques to use when developing assessment processes.

A variety of workplace assessments will be considered, including those utilised for selection and assessment, performance appraisal, career progression and promotions.

You will also explore techniques for assessment such as cover interviews, psychometrics, role plays, work-based assessments, as well as assessment centres.
