Syllabus
The course will equip students moving to the UK to study with an understanding of:
- What we mean when we talk about wellbeing and mental health
- The emotional and wellbeing challenges of moving abroad
- Key differences in UK culture and the UK education system
- Healthy lifestyle habits that promote adaptation and good wellbeing and how to combat and tackle negative thinking
- How to manage some of the challenges, including stress management and study-life balance
- What support is available and how you can access it
