Syllabus

The course will equip students moving to the UK to study with an understanding of:

  • What we mean when we talk about wellbeing and mental health
  • The emotional and wellbeing challenges of moving abroad
  • Key differences in UK culture and the UK education system
  • Healthy lifestyle habits that promote adaptation and good wellbeing and how to combat and tackle negative thinking
  • How to manage some of the challenges, including stress management and study-life balance
  • What support is available and how you can access it
