- Finnish education system from early childhood to adulthood (Early Childhood Education and Care ECEC, Basic Education, and Upper Secondary Education)
- Theoretical foundations of pedagogical practices in different levels of schooling
- Educational support and guidance services with inclusive practices, transitions and open ended design of system (no dead ends)
- Educational leadership and management practices, teacher autonomy and support for daily work of teachers, local authorities and arrangements (responsibility to arrange schooling), steering only in policy level (core curriculums).
