This course is designed to help refugees and asylum seekers get the information and the support they need to apply for and enter university in the UK. Follow Ahmad and Rassina as they guide you through the application process, helping you to understand where you want to go, and how to get there. The course is supported by a group of experts across higher education, refugee support networks, language assessment providers and refugees studying at universities.

I'll be your guide throughout this online course. We'll be talking about how to overcome the challenges that you might face if you're an asylum seeker or a refugee while applying to one of the UK universities. When I came to the UK last year, I thought at first to apply for university. And if I have a grant as refugee, that's more good to apply for financial support and funding and eligible for everything like home students.

It would also be useful for anyone who supports or teaches refugees hoping to study at university.

The focus of this course is applying for, and preparing for undergraduate study.
