This four-week course will take you into the dynamic and varied world of event organisation, giving you all the tools you need to plan, organise, and execute events.

Develop your practical event management skills

On this course, you’ll develop the necessary skills needed for every step of the event management process, from client meetings and planning to budgets and coordinating different suppliers.

You’ll also learn how to design an event control board, allowing you to manage all of your event’s information and helping you ensure your proposed results.

There are many different types of events, each with its own requirements and best practices. In order to keep a client happy and make sure the event is successful, you need to understand each type of event and how to organise them.
