What do people say about this course?

Appreciate the up to date, research supported, information. I now have a better understanding of what impacts the gut, and strategies to minimize that impact. I’m excited about sharing this information and helping athletes develop training/race habits that not only improve performance but help them feel better too! I also took the course for personal reasons as a cyclist who has GI issues and because I believe I can apply for continuing education credits for the course
