Cyndi Tomlinson

I have been admitted to practice as a solicitor in Victoria since 2015. Currently, I am a Masters student, researching the doctrinal integrity of a species of representative defendant class action writ that has seeded and grown at interlocutory stage in our jurisdiction. Before coming to the Law, my background was mostly as an artist and a film-maker, and I have worked in the entertainment and legal sectors in Melbourne and in London as a paralegal, a publicist, and as a legal librarian.
