Dr Puva P Arumugam has a keen interest in performing arts and multicultural migrant identity research and education. She has a PhD in Cultural Studies and Theatre Studies.

Dr. Sneha Chrispal is a Lecturer in Management at Deakin. Her research interests lie in inequality, diversity, and organisations. Her industry experience is in operations and strategy.
