The Leadership for Non-Leaders course provides you with the underpinning principles of leadership including creating a clear vision, setting organisational goals, motivating and inspiring people, and creating a positive environment of trust and safety. You will explore leadership theories and approaches, differentiate leadership from management, investigate organisations and their approaches to leadership, and develop your own plan for leadership development.
