Next, you’ll learn the techniques for managing group dynamics to ensure your team can work together successfully.

You’ll also explore the stages of development to understand how to guide your team through each stage to help them progress in their roles.

Unpack team performance to avoid team dysfunctions

Finally, you’ll gain key skills to help you avoid team dysfunctions. You’ll learn to identify the factors that could create dysfunctional teams and how you can navigate these to improve teamwork.

You’ll also analyse the characteristics and processes of effective teams before learning how to leverage culture to improve team performance.

By the end of this course, you’ll have the knowledge and leadership skills to bring out the best in your team.
