This week you’ve looked at earned media and how it can benefit your online business by building a stronger brand and building better connections with your target audience - word of mouth marketing, viral marketing, reviews and testimonials are all ways that your business can ‘earn’ media in the digital marketing environment.
You also examined content marketing and the ways in which you can generate content for your target audience to reap the marketing benefits.
Finally you explored the social media landscape and the major social media platforms that your business can utilise to achieve its marketing objectives.
Earned media, content marketing and social media marketing are all important tools that can be used in your business’s digital marketing campaign.
This week you have also provided Keemi with some useful recommendations about how she can build a social media campaign for her online health food products business.
